Job summary

Lead a sales team in a Hyundai dealership, coaching staff, managing sales processes, and driving performance to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve departmental goals while maintaining an active presence on the sales floor. They will oversee daily sales activities, structure transactions, manage inventory, and ensure consistent use of CRM processes to drive dealership profitability.
