Job summary

Seeking a senior design manager with extensive experience in rail station building services design and coordination, responsible for leading the MEPHFC design team, managing resources, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering high-quality design outputs for the HS2 gateway station project.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary MEPHFC design team to deliver RIBA 4iii designs for the HS2 gateway station. Responsible for resource management, technical assurance compliance, and coordinating design deliverables in a 3D BIM environment.

Qualifications

BIM communication skills design coordination engineering standards H&S regulations problem-solving project management rail infrastructure stakeholder management team leadership

Requires a bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering subject and Chartered Engineer status. Must have extensive experience as a CRE or CEM on major UK infrastructure projects with deep knowledge of rail industry standards.
