Job summary

Seeking an experienced Automotive HVAC Systems Engineer to develop, specify, and verify innovative climate control systems for autonomous vehicles, collaborating with OEM partners and leading system performance verification.

Responsibilities

Define HVAC performance and energy efficiency metrics for future autonomous vehicles based on customer satisfaction and benchmarking. Lead the design of novel HVAC solutions and manage OEM partners to ensure delivery of comfort and performance targets.

Qualifications

Requires a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 8 years of automotive experience with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers. Must have deep expertise in electric climate compressors, vapor-compression cycles, and automotive refrigerant regulations.
