Job summary

Responsibilities

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical and surgical area while maintaining professional nursing standards. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update patient care plans and discharge planning.

Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support (BLS) Collaboration Communication Critical Thinking Electronic Medical Records Medical Software Nursing Patient Care Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Requires a graduate degree in professional nursing and current RN licensure in the State of Iowa. Must obtain BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within specified timeframes after hire.
