Job summary

The role involves leading Quality Assurance teams in a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting product release, managing audits, investigations, CAPAs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leadership.

Responsibilities

The Director of Quality Operations will provide strategic leadership for quality functions, including batch release, investigations, and CAPA, while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. They will also oversee the Quality Management System, lead regulatory inspections, and mentor the QA team to foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

Aseptic Manufacturing cGMP Inspection & Audit Investigation & CAPA Leadership Quality Assurance Quality Management System Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Team Management

Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in sterile drug manufacturing and cGMP requirements. A Bachelor of Science degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree and QP certification.
