Job summary

Langan seeks a Landscape Architecture & Planning Intern/Co-op in Houston, TX, to assist with planning, design, permitting, and project evaluations in diverse landscape and land development projects. The role involves preparing documents, analyzing terrain and data, and supporting various design tasks on urban revitalization, infrastructure, and redevelopment projects.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist the landscape architecture team with planning, design, and permitting for various land development and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing design documents, conducting site assessments, and performing feasibility analyses using industry-standard software.

Qualifications

AutoCAD Civil 3D Design and permitting Excel Illustrator Land development Photoshop Rhino SketchUp Soil analysis

Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, preferably in their junior or senior year. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
