Job summary

The role involves providing emergency and trauma care to patients in a Level I trauma center, requiring at least one year of med/surgical or ED experience, a BSN or commitment to obtain it, and BLS certification. The nurse will work part-time night shifts, including every third weekend and two holidays per year, in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care for patients experiencing medical, cardiac, and trauma-related emergencies in a Level I trauma center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective trauma response and patient recovery.

Qualifications

BLS Communication Skills Critical Thinking Emergency Nursing Med/Surg Nursing Patient Care Teamwork Trauma Care

Requires a BSN (or commitment to obtain one within three years) and BLS certification. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in an Emergency Department or med/surgical unit.
