The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and facilities in a food production environment, ensuring equipment efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and facility systems. They must ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and OSHA regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize production downtime.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in food processing. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC programming.
