Responsibilities

The Principal Consultant leads the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday People Experience solutions to drive employee engagement and productivity. They act as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members and supporting business development activities through solutioning and client presentations.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of Workday implementation experience and a strong understanding of employee experience processes. A bachelor's degree is required, and an active Workday People Experience (PEX) certification is preferred.
