Job summary

Lead the delivery of complex AI and data programs, shaping solutions and proposals, managing teams, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to produce measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead large AI and data programmes from mobilisation through production and value realisation, managing governance, quality, budgets, risks, and delivery trade-offs. Shape solutions and proposals, communicate value to stakeholders, lead blended teams, and grow client engagements through successful delivery.

Qualifications

AI Client engagement Data Databricks Genuine AI (GenAI) Microsoft Program management Snowflake Solution shaping Team leadership

Candidates must have a strong record as the accountable delivery lead for large-scale AI and data programmes reaching production, plus hands-on experience with Microsoft, Databricks, or Snowflake. They should also bring solution and proposal shaping, estimation and commercial management experience, confident stakeholder communication, and evidence of growing engagements; GenAI delivery and blended-team leadership are advantageous.
