This role partners with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement, support new product introductions, and solve complex production challenges.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3-7 years of manufacturing experience, with strong knowledge of process design, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
