Job summary

Solutions Architect role responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions for customer deployments. Tasks include technical leadership both pre- and post-sale, solution design, customer configuration, and ongoing system tuning. The role demands technical expertise in APIs, SQL, compliance, and blockchain to enhance customer onboarding, adoption, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect will partner with the Sales team to shape technical solutions and lead the post-sale customer journey to ensure successful product adoption. They will act as a trusted technical advisor, resolving complex operational and analytical questions while driving measurable value for strategic private sector customers.
