Job summary

Gray Swan is seeking a Red Team Engineer to design adversarial attack scenarios, find vulnerabilities in AI systems, and produce high-quality reports. The role involves working on AI security challenges, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting operational tasks to enhance AI safety.

Responsibilities

You will design adversarial scenarios and conduct red teaming engagements to identify vulnerabilities in frontier AI systems. Additionally, you will build internal tools for the Arena and translate security findings into actionable reports for clients.

Qualifications

Adversarial Machine Learning AI Security Penetration Testing Prompt Injection Red Teaming Report Writing Scenario Design Security Research Threat Detection Tool Use

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in AI red teaming, adversarial machine learning, or security research. Candidates should possess strong technical writing skills and a background in security research, CTFs, or penetration testing.
