Job summary

A Kitchen Assistant supports food service operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food prep, ensuring safety standards, managing equipment, and operating the till, with roles focused on customer service, cleanliness, and safety within a catering environment.

Responsibilities

The Kitchen Assistant will support the chef with food preparation and maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen environment. They are also responsible for operating the till and ensuring all food safety and health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
