Job summary

The Steward ensures a clean and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, assisting in food prep, and maintaining cleanliness, supporting kitchen operations for a luxurious resort.

Responsibilities

The Steward is responsible for ensuring a spotless and well-organized kitchen by manually or mechanically washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. They must also maintain general kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.

Candidates must have the ability to read and write in English and must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Required certifications include TB Clearance and a Food Handlers Certification.
