Responsibilities

The Mold Technician is responsible for the safe installation, setup, and troubleshooting of molds and injection molding machines to ensure high-quality production. They must also maintain accurate production documentation, perform routine quality inspections, and adhere to 5S standards.

Qualifications

5S Electrical Systems Hydraulic Systems Injection Molding Machine Maintenance Mechanical Tools Process Optimization Quality Inspection Tooling Troubleshooting

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for post-secondary trade training and manufacturing experience. Candidates must possess technical proficiency in hydraulic, electrical, and PLC systems, along with a valid forklift certification.
