Job summary

The role involves engaging with customers, providing product recommendations, maintaining store standards, operating tills, supporting stock and deliveries, and possibly opening and closing the store as a Keyholder. The assistant creates positive shopping experiences, supports store targets, and upholds brand values.

Responsibilities

You will proactively engage with customers to provide helpful product recommendations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Additionally, you will maintain store standards, manage stock, and perform keyholder duties such as opening and closing the store securely.

Qualifications

Cash Handling Communication Customer Service Merchandising Safety Procedures Sales Stock Replenishment Teamwork

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not essential. You must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn store operations including till usage and security procedures.
