Job summary

Looking for a DFT Engineer to lead build and execution of chip-level DFT strategies for high-speed CPU cores and multi-chiplet System-in-Package designs, collaborating across global teams using industry-standard tools and scripting.

Responsibilities

Implement and verify DFT strategies for high-speed CPU core designs and multi-chiplet System-in-Package programs. Collaborate with RTL, physical design, and verification teams to ensure testability and automate DFT flows using industry-standard EDA tools.

Qualifications

ATPG DFT Fault Coverage JTAG Memory BIST Python Scan Chains Siemens Synopsys TCL

Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with over 10 years of relevant DFT experience. Must be proficient in Synopsys and Siemens tools, as well as TCL and Python scripting.
