Job summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will manage and support the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and service during busy periods, deputising for management and maintaining team cohesion.

Responsibilities

You will lead the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently while maintaining high standards for food preparation and presentation. Additionally, you will deputise for the management team and ensure all hygiene and safety regulations are strictly followed.
