Responsibilities

Qualifications

Care Planning Case Management Medical Terminology Nursing Patient Advocacy

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and possess at least two years of experience in case management. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with clinical resource utilization or MDS completion is highly desirable.
