Seeking bilingual Spanish and English retail sales consultants to create meaningful customer connections, guide customers through product options, meet sales targets, and work in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities

You will guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will participate in community events, manage online orders, and conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Sales

The role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is considered a plus, though training is provided for those without experience.
