Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will perform home health visits to adult and geriatric patients, providing direct care such as medication administration and wound care. They are also responsible for monitoring patient conditions, coordinating care, and maintaining accurate documentation of all clinical interventions.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license and possess at least one year of recent clinical experience. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with electronic medical records, and the ability to travel to assigned patient locations are required.
