The Facility Educator is responsible for directing in-service educational programs and ensuring staff compliance with federal, state, and corporate regulations. They collaborate with department directors to conduct training, assess learning needs, and maintain accurate educational documentation.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and an active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment. At least one year of nursing supervision experience in a long-term care setting is required.
