Responsibilities

The Residential Counselor provides wellness and recovery-oriented support, including crisis intervention, skill development, and assistance with daily living tasks. They are also responsible for documenting resident progress and communicating effectively with the treatment team.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma with four years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree in a human services field. A valid state driver's license with a safe driving record is also required.
