Job summary

A Steward maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting culinary teams and ensuring high standards of sanitation and food safety.

Responsibilities

The Steward is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, china, and glassware to maintain high health and safety standards. They also ensure the back-of-house and storage areas remain organized to support the culinary team's service flow.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States and obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card as required by the Hawaii State Department of Health. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and availability to work weekends and holidays are essential.
