The Major Client Advocate role involves managing high-level customer relationships for Peregrine, focusing on ensuring operational impact, adoption, and expansion of the platform within large and regulated public safety and government environments. The candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders, interpret complex data, and drive outcomes, requiring strategic thinking, technical fluency, and extensive travel.

Responsibilities

You will own end-to-end customer relationships for major deployments, acting as the primary interface between agency stakeholders and internal teams. Your focus is on driving sustained platform adoption, managing complex workflows, and ensuring measurable operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 5 to 7+ years of experience in enterprise implementations or strategic account management within regulated or mission-critical environments. Strong executive presence, technical fluency, and the ability to travel up to 60% of the time are required.
