Waymo is seeking an experienced Staff Business Intelligence Analyst to define and analyze KPIs, develop data infrastructure, optimize responses, and support operational resilience in autonomous driving. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, scaling projects, and applying data insights to improve operational safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain KPIs to measure operational safety and quality while scaling data infrastructure for automated reporting. Partner cross-functionally to translate business challenges into data pipelines that drive operational resilience and optimize response protocols.
