Job summary

Amentum is seeking Principal Civil/Structural Engineers to lead civil and structural engineering projects within the UK, supporting hybrid work. Responsibilities include leading teams, delivering civil and structural design, managing interfaces with partners, and developing project deliverables, primarily for nuclear and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers and architects to deliver civil and structural design works for complex infrastructure and nuclear facilities. Manage interfaces between delivery partners and the design team while ensuring all functional and safety requirements are met.

Qualifications

AutoCAD civil design civil engineering design standards Eurocodes project management Revit structural analysis structural engineering team leadership

Candidates must hold an accredited MEng degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field and be a Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer. Proven experience in technical design using British standards or Eurocodes within a regulated environment is required.
