This team partners across the EPD organization to build the systems, patterns, and practices that enable product teams to move faster while maintaining a high bar for craft and usability.As a Staff Visual Product Designer focused on Design Systems at Vanta, you will shape the visual language of our product and the systems that bring it to life. You will define and evolve scalable patterns across our design and engineering ecosystems, partner closely with product designers and engineers, and help create a cohesive experience for customers navigating complex security and compliance workflows. You’ll combine exceptional visual craft with systems thinking, product judgment, and the ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

The Staff Visual Product Designer will define and evolve the visual language and design system foundations to ensure a cohesive, scalable experience across Vanta's product surfaces. They will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex security and compliance workflows into intuitive, high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in digital product design, specifically within complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments. A bachelor's degree in a design-related field and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship are required.
