Seeking a Civils Site Manager to oversee civil engineering activities, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and project delivery within time and budget constraints in Highland & Islands, Scotland.

Responsibilities

The Civils Site Manager will oversee and coordinate all on-site civil engineering and construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, labour, and materials while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Civil Engineering Construction Management Health and Safety Microsoft Office Problem Solving Project Management Quality Assurance Site reporting systems Site Supervision Stakeholder Management

Candidates should possess a HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, along with SMSTS or SSSTS certification and a valid CSCS card. Proven experience in civil engineering, groundworks, or infrastructure projects is essential for this role.
