Job summary

The Solutions Architect at Smartsheet leads technical customer engagements, develops and deploys custom solutions, integrates AI and SaaS applications, and designs scalable system architectures. Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect will lead technical consulting engagements to design, build, and deploy custom software solutions and AI-powered workflows for Smartsheet customers. They will serve as a subject matter expert, managing project deliverables and translating complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Qualifications

Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience with full-stack development and proficiency in languages such as .Net, NodeJS, or Python. Strong communication skills and experience with AI/LLM technologies and SaaS integrations are essential for this role.
