Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, focusing on safety, well-being, and adherence to medical directives, with leadership responsibilities and specific licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

The LPN is responsible for providing nursing services to ensure resident safety and maintain their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. They will execute physician-prescribed regimens, perform patient assessments, and provide leadership in the supervision of nursing care.
