Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for public safety customers, directing AI agents to configure integrations and data models. They are responsible for driving successful, timely launches while managing concurrent projects and ensuring customer adoption.

Qualifications

AI tooling communication data integration data systems networking and connectivity problem solving project management stakeholder management technical deployment training

Candidates must have 3–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation or technical project management. Strong technical aptitude for data connectivity and permissions structures is required, along with excellent communication skills.
