Responsibilities

The Infusion Nurse coordinates and provides direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments in home or alternate settings. They are responsible for developing nursing plans, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted RN license and have at least one year of nursing experience. A current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for travel are also required.
