Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced technical writer to produce high-quality documentation for its defense and military systems, working closely with test engineers, pilots, and subject matter experts to support product development, testing, and operational use, including manuals, checklists, API docs, and troubleshooting guides.

Responsibilities

The technical writer will partner with the Test & Evaluation group to generate and maintain high-quality operational and developmental documentation. They will collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into clear, user-focused artifacts.

Qualifications

Engineering Documentation Military Writing Standards MS Word PowerPoint Teamwork Software (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Teamcenter) Technical Documentation Technical Research Test & Evaluation Visio XML

Candidates must have at least 5 years of technical writing experience, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and the ability to maintain an active Secret security clearance are required.
