Job summary

The Senior Key Account Manager manages important DMC partners, enhances processes, and improves trip quality. The role involves relationship management, onboarding, performance reviews, and cross-team problem solving to ensure high-quality, memorable travel experiences.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercially important destination management companies, ensuring trip quality, service standards, partner performance, and effective handling of itinerary changes. Improve team-wide processes, resolve cross-functional issues, and coach fellow Key Account Managers through expertise and example.

Qualifications

Account Management Client Negotiation Data Analysis Process Improvement Relationship Building

Candidates should have experience independently managing large, demanding partner, supplier, or client accounts and improving their performance, including holding partners accountable and recovering costs where appropriate. They should also demonstrate process improvement, commercial judgment, attention to detail, confident use of performance data and AI tools, and strong communication and peer-coaching skills; travel industry experience is not essential.
