Responsibilities

Manage and grow a team of research scientists and engineers to develop biological safety evaluations and classifiers for AI models. Set the technical roadmap, oversee model capability assessments, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure safety throughout the model development lifecycle.

Qualifications
