Job summary

Registered nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients during nights, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while supervising team members and collaborating with multidisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, including direct and indirect care. Supervise assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver age- and developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited professional nursing school and hold a current Texas nursing license or be eligible to obtain one; a BSN is preferred. Current Basic Life Support certification, any department-required certifications, and 12 months of RN experience are required.
