Job summary

A HR Business Partner role supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, providing guidance on employee relations, talent development, and leveraging AI for HR efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner with managers to deliver people solutions, advise on employee relations, coach managers, and support organisational change, talent initiatives, and annual HR cycles. Analyse people data and explore practical uses of AI and technology to improve reporting, productivity, employee experience, and People Team processes.

Qualifications

Applicants should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience and experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or similar generalist role, including employee relations and knowledge of UK employment law. They should be able to coach and influence managers, use people data to inform decisions, identify practical technology and process improvements, and work proactively and adaptably across competing priorities.
