Job summary

The Host/Hostess at Mauna Lani is the first impression for guests at the luxury restaurant, responsible for greeting, escorting, managing reservations, and knowing the menu to ensure a high-end experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

The Host manages the first impression of the HaLani restaurant by greeting guests and escorting them to their tables. They are responsible for managing reservations, server stations, and maintaining the pace and vibe of the dining room.

Qualifications

Aloha Spirit Communication Skills Customer Service Fast-Paced Environment Greeting Luxury Service Menu Knowledge Reservation Management

Candidates should preferably be high school graduates with previous host experience in a luxury hotel environment. Ability to obtain Tuberculosis clearance and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.
