Job summary

Lead technical and operational aspects of a critical site contract, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance targets are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical and operational delivery of a complex Central London facilities management contract, ensuring safety, statutory compliance, service quality, and contractual performance. Manage engineering staff and subcontractors, client relationships, maintenance and audits, operational risks, reporting, and the contract’s full P&L accountability.

Qualifications

BMS Building Services Contract Management Electrical Distribution Electrical Engineering Health & Safety HVAC Mechanical Engineering Mechanical Plant P&L Management

Requires an HNC or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering, a recognised technical qualification, and an ILM Level 3 or equivalent leadership qualification. Candidates should have extensive critical-environment and complex hard-FM experience, proven engineering team leadership, strong building-services knowledge, and expertise in maintenance, compliance, and safe systems of work.
