Responsibilities

The Donor Advisor II manages a portfolio of 150-200 major donors by creating and implementing Individual Development Plans to foster transformational giving. They are responsible for building relationships, soliciting gifts, and providing spiritual care through in-person visits, events, and ongoing communication.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in non-profit development and a demonstrated ability to secure major gifts. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to the ministry's Statement of Faith.
