Responsibilities

The FM Operations Manager will lead the delivery of facilities and workplace services across the UK estate, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. They will manage outsourced FM partners, oversee property matters, and drive operational excellence through effective governance and risk management.

Qualifications

Budget Management Contract Management Facilities Management Health & Safety Project Management Risk Management Stakeholder Communication Supplier Management

The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience in facilities management within a client-focused environment and hold a recognized FM qualification. Additionally, they must possess a NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent health and safety qualification, along with proven expertise in managing outsourced contracts and compliance.
