Provide retail and installer customers with high service levels, support store management, and perform operational tasks related to automotive parts, sales, and services.

Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service by assisting retail and professional customers with parts selection and inquiries. They also perform operational tasks such as inventory management, stocking, and maintaining store equipment.

Qualifications

Automotive Parts Cataloging Bilingual (Spanish) Cash Handling Communication Skills Customer Service Driving Vehicle Inventory Management Multitasking Use of Test Equipment

Candidates must have the ability to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts and ASE certification are desired qualifications.
