Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will manage the group reservation process, including creating, modifying, and canceling bookings while maintaining accurate group files. They will also assist the Director of Revenue Management with daily administrative tasks and ensure all group billing and room blocks are compliant with hotel standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong keyboard skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn multiple software systems. Previous experience in a hotel reservations, front office, or sales environment is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
