Job summary

CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Chief of Staff to join our team supporting the VP of Engineering, AI/ML. The role involves strategic planning, operational management, agenda setting, cadence coordination, OKR oversight, and leading strategic initiatives within a fast-growing AI cloud organization. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in roles like program management, product/engineering operations, or management consulting, with strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic operating partner to the VP of Engineering, managing business cadences, executive agendas, and cross-functional alignment. They are responsible for driving OKR reporting, tracking execution, and leading high-priority strategic initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting roles. Strong familiarity with product and engineering organizations, particularly in AI/ML or cloud infrastructure, is required.
