Job summary

Discord is seeking a Product Designer to join Growth and help shape user discovery, onboarding, notifications, and off-platform experiences across multiple platforms, focusing on creating seamless, engaging growth experiences for new and existing users.

Responsibilities

You will own end-to-end design initiatives across growth surfaces like onboarding, notifications, and off-platform experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence strategy and create cohesive, high-craft user experiences.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 2-5 years of product design experience with a strong foundation in visual and interaction design. Proficiency in Figma and experience shipping consumer-facing digital products in collaborative environments are required.
