Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its Jobs Platform, leading the development and scaling of a resource orchestration system for AI workloads across global data centers and cloud environments. The role involves defining multi-year platform vision, enhancing developer experience, architecting scalable solutions, and leveraging AI for predictive scaling while balancing efficiency, latency, and cost. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future of how Roblox's engineers deploy, run, and scale services.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end vision and scaling of the Jobs Platform to support AI inference and critical services across global datacenters and cloud environments. Focus on improving developer experience, architecting predictive scaling, and managing trade-offs between efficiency, cost, and reliability.

Qualifications

Agentic Systems AI Model Development Distributed Systems GCP, AWS, Azure Kernel Drivers Kubernetes Resource Orchestration Service Mesh Training and Inference Workload Management Platforms

Requires 7+ years of product management experience in resource orchestration or large-scale distributed systems with a deep understanding of Kubernetes and developer tooling. Experience with AI model inference, GPU architecture, and multi-cloud environments is highly valued.
