Job summary

The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, drives sales, manages staff, ensures excellent customer service, maintains safety and visual standards, and partners with leadership to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead daily store operations in partnership with the General Manager, driving sales, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance. Coach and develop employees, manage staffing and performance, oversee merchandising and inventory, and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

Requires 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, including team development, operational execution, and visual merchandising, along with strong communication, organizational, and performance-management skills. Candidates should be proficient with sales platforms and analytics tools, available to work nights and weekends, and committed to customer experience, safety, and compliance.
