Responsibilities

The role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Swiss type CNC lathes to manufacture small, complex components requiring tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishes. Responsibilities also include performing in-process adjustments, conducting quality inspections using precision tools, and completing necessary manufacturing and quality documentation.

Qualifications

CNC Machining Collaboration with engineering and quality teams Engineering drawings interpretation GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Inspections and quality documentation Precision measurement tools usage Process monitoring and adjustments Surface finish and tolerances Swiss type CNC lathe operation Troubleshooting

Successful candidates must have experience operating Swiss type CNC equipment in a production setting and demonstrate the ability to maintain tight tolerances on small, high-precision parts. A strong working knowledge of GD and T, blueprint interpretation, and inspection documentation is also required.
